1. General Policy

Due to the customized and non-reversible nature of our Services, all sales are final once Services have been delivered. We DON’T guarantee that comments will not be removed, we will do everything in our expertise to ensure our comments are live.

When you place an order with ForumSpice, you are purchasing labor-intensive, platform-sensitive work. As such, completed Services are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy in full.

2. Service Types and Refund Eligibility

2.1 ForumSpice-Generated Content

When ForumSpice is responsible for creating the comments, posts, or interactions, you authorize us to produce content based on our expertise and professional judgment.

You agree that ForumSpice may create, phrase, and structure the content as we see fit to maximize engagement or platform compliance.
No refunds will be issued if you are dissatisfied with stylistic or creative decisions after delivery.
Minor revisions may be considered at our discretion, but are not guaranteed.

2.2 Client-Provided Content

When you provide the content (such as pre-written comments, scripts, or instructions) for ForumSpice to post:

ForumSpice is not responsible for content outcomes, moderation removals, Reddit filters, account restrictions, or community bans.
If Reddit moderators, admins, or automated filters remove or block your provided content, no refund will be issued.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with Reddit’s content policies and community rules.

3. Eligible Refunds (Limited Circumstances)

ForumSpice will only consider a refund under the following situations:

Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your Service within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by missing client information or platform disruptions).
Violation of Terms: If we breach our own Terms of Service (for example, posting prohibited material not approved by you).
Service Cancellation: If ForumSpice is unable to complete the Service and cancels your order before substantial work has been performed.

To request a refund, you must email support@forumspice.com within 7 days of placing your order.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

The Services were completed and delivered as described;
You change your mind after we have started or delivered the Service;
You provide incomplete, inappropriate, or non-compliant content that causes Reddit issues;
Your Reddit account, subreddit, post, or comment is restricted, removed, or banned (ForumSpice has no control over Reddit’s moderation practices);
You fail to respond, delay communication, or otherwise block project progress;
External technical issues arise (such as Reddit outages, bans, subreddit closures);
You attempt to request a refund after completion of the agreed Services.

5. Dispute and Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving delivered Services violates this Refund Policy.

ForumSpice reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of completed work. Fraudulent disputes may result in:

Immediate account termination;
Permanent ban from future services;
Possible legal action to recover losses.

A detailed explanation of your claim

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.

Important Reminders

Please provide clear instructions and expectations before your Service begins.
Once your order is placed, ForumSpice commits resources immediately and cannot undo completed work.
